Terms and Conditions
1 – The promoter is Realty Focus Limited Licensed (REAA 2008) trading as Ray White Papamoa & Mount Maunganui, and Paramount Realty Ohope Limited Licensed (REAA 2008) trading as Ray White Whakatane & Ohope.
2 – Referrals must be made through the enquiry form via the websites: rwwhakatane.co.nz rwpapamoa.co.nz rwohope.co.nz rwmtmaunganui.co.nz
3 – Referrals are for new clients, not new properties. A current landlord is not able to refer to us their own additional property.
4 – The referred new Landlord must sign their property up with the company for a minimum 12 month term.
